In your email, request the return for a refund or item(s) exchange. If there were multiple items in your order, specify the item(s) you want to return by title or SKU number.
Within two business days, you will receive an email with the return address of the closest fulfilment centre.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days. A refund will be applied to your credit card or other original payment methods. Please note that we do not control the speed of funds transfer. In most cases, it is completed in the same business day, but sometimes the process might take up to 7 business days or beyond. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Our policy does not cover theft cases. 
If the order is proven to be delivered, but you still cannot find it – a theft might have had a place.
Unfortunately, in this case, we will not be able to offer you a refund or send the item(s) once again.

Late or missing refunds

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
