Sizing: the reason this collection exists
Alternative fashion has a sizing problem, and closing it was one of the main reasons for building this label. The HARD'N'HEAVY range spans clothing from 3XS through to 6XL — a far wider band than most specialist alternative brands offer — with women's, men's and unisex cuts throughout.
If you have ever found the perfect gothic piece and then discovered it stops at XL, or hunted for something in XXS that was not cut for a child, this is the collection to check first. Every product page carries its own measurement table, and we would rather you spent two minutes reading it than sent something back.
Footwear
The shoe range covers ankle boots, knee high boots, mid-calf boots, platform creepers, Derby shoes, loafers, low cut rangers, heels, lolita heels, lolita platforms, sneakers and sandals. It is designed to sit alongside the specialist footwear brands in the catalogue rather than compete with them directly — filling in the everyday, the wearable and the sizes that are otherwise hard to find.
Harnesses and body accessories
Harnesses are one of the strongest parts of the range: chest harnesses, bra harnesses, choker harnesses, waist harnesses, full body harnesses, harness sets and leg garters. Alongside them sit belts, wide belts, corset belts, belt buckles, gloves, face masks, neckwear, scarves, bandanas and leg accessories.

Jewellery and accessories
The accessory range runs deep: rings, bracelets, chain jewellery, earrings and piercings, pendants and necklaces, keychains, patches and badges, sunglasses, watches, lighters, helmets and hand fans. Bags cover backpacks, crossbody bags, shoulder bags, waist bags, handbags, wallets and cardholders.
Headwear spans fedoras, baseball caps, snapback caps, trucker hats and other hats.
Home and living
This is the part of the collection most alternative labels never attempt. Wall stickers and wall decals in gothic, biker, occult, skull, raven and circuit-board designs. Carpets and rugs, including round rugs and hallway runners. Bedding, bed sheets, pillowcases and shams, pillows and blankets. Candles and holders. Cups and mugs.
If you have built a wardrobe and then looked around a flat that does not match it, this is where to start. Wall decals in particular are an easy, reversible way to change the character of a room, and they come in a wide colour range so you can match what is already there.
Materials
Because the range spans clothing, footwear, jewellery and home, the material list is unusually broad: cotton, denim, polyester, viscose, rayon, spandex, mesh, velvet, satin, lace, brocade, corduroy, linen, wool, cashmere, faux fur and fleece on the textile side; genuine leather, synthetic leather, patent leather, rubber and EVA on footwear; alloy, stainless steel, sterling silver, brass, copper and zirconium on jewellery; and ceramic, wood, resin, glass and paraffin wax across home pieces.
