We offer worldwide shipping starting from 2.99 USD and free shipping on orders above 200 USD. The delivery cost depends on a few factors such as:
order value
destination
package size and weight
The final shipping rate is calculated on checkout.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Your shipping/delivery time can vary from 7 to 15 days, excluding a preparation period of 1-2 business days. In some rare cases, the delivery time might rich up to 60 days. The final shipping time might be impacted by miscellaneous factors such as:
the availability of ordered items,
the destination of the shipment,
logistic delay,
other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that important international holidays, force majeure, etc. may also impact the delivery time of your shipment.
If you order multiple items they might be delivered to you separately.
Your purchase is protected by our guarantee until you receive it. In case it is lost or damaged during delivery – we will send the item(s) you ordered once again or give a refund.

If there were multiple items in your order, specify the item(s) you want to return by title or SKU number. Within two business days, you will receive an email with the return address of the closest fulfilment centre.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within two business days. A refund will be applied to your credit card or other original payment methods. Please note that we do not control the speed of funds transfer. In most cases, it is completed in the same business day, but sometimes the process might take up to 7 business days or beyond. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our policy does not cover theft cases. If the order is proven to be delivered, but you still cannot find it – a theft might have had a place. Unfortunately, in this case, we will not be able to offer you a refund or send the item(s) once again.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
