- To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The only thing we ask is that return shipping is covered by the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to make sure everything arrives safely.
- Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for returns.
- Items from our Intimates collection (including underwear, swimwear, and similar items) are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return/refund, please contact us: info@hardnheavy.style
In your email, request the return for a refund or item(s) exchange. If there were multiple items in your order, specify the item(s) you want to return by title or SKU number.
Within two business days, you will receive an email with the return address of the closest fulfilment centre.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days. A refund will be applied to your credit card or other original payment methods. Please note that we do not control the speed of funds transfer. In most cases, it is completed in the same business day, but sometimes the process might take up to 7 business days or beyond. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our policy does not cover theft cases.
If the order is proven to be delivered, but you still cannot find it – a theft might have had a place.
Unfortunately, in this case, we will not be able to offer you a refund or send the item(s) once again.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hardnheavy.style
