In your email, request the return for a refund or item(s) exchange. If there were multiple items in your order, specify the item(s) you want to return by title or SKU number.
Within two business days, you will receive an email with the return address of the closest fulfilment centre.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within two business days. A refund will be applied to your credit card or other original payment methods. Please note that we do not control the speed of funds transfer.
